A class representing a collection of SuppressionListResource and their operations. Each SuppressionListResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of CommunicationDomainResource. To get a SuppressionListResourceCollection instance call the GetSuppressionListResources method from an instance of CommunicationDomainResource.
