We are actively investigating issues with the build agents of Visual Studio test data Team services related to nuget  package restore. Some customers may experience test check Build failures due to nuget packages being restored incorrectly in the Build Agents. 

We understand that customers rely on VS Team Services as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.
