issues with Visual Studio Team Services - 7/14 - Investigating

We are actively investigating issues with test. Some customers may experience tsets.

Root cause in progress

Update:

·         The fix to resolve the issue has been deployed to all SU's.
This issue has been verified post deployment. 

·         The cause of the issue has been identified to be with a
change in the Notification API, which was not reflected at the Consumer end who
refers this API 

·         Fix is applied to refer this change from the Consumer end

We are working to resolve this issue and apologize for any inconvenience.
