Public support  for Windows Server 2012 R2 Web Application Proxy as a reverse proxy for Lync Server 2013 is now available on Microsoft Unified Communications Open Interoperability Program (UCOIP) Infrastructure Qualified for Lync site, along with the accompanying documentation, “Configuring The Windows Server 2012 Web Application Proxy As A Reverse Proxy For Lync Server 2013”  published here:  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=44940
