We talk a lot about the "Event Experience" and how we want to tell a good story to customers.

One resource that many partners don't use (some do) is the Demo Showcase (for Gold/Certified) partners.If your engineers are in front of a crowd (or even one customer), it's something that can help build rapport/credibility.
