Comcast Channel 104
My wife and I were watching "Desperate Housewives" in high-def. Wonderful, except that the audio kept skipping. So, at the end of the show when it became unbearable, I called Comcast. Lo-and-behold, a person answered the phone and, the second I said something about skipping audio, asked "Channel 104?" I allowed as to how it was, indeed, channel 104. She informed me that they were working on it. No ETA on a solution. She did apologize. But sheesh. How hard is this stuff? I mean, it's not like it's an OS or anything. :-)

"Desperate Housewives"?!? Was the video scrambled too, or did you pay the $7.95? I'll bet you could get a deeper discount if you ordered "Desperate Housewives 1-17" all at once :-) - Anonymous

One of us needs to watch more television and I don't think it's me. :-) - Anonymous
