Views on Vista - Pen Flicks
As a tablet PC user, you've got to love Vista. The handwriting recognition is fantastic - it recognises my (dreadful) handwriting out of the box - with no training. The Tablet Input Panel is superb, especially with contextual mode where it's always available when you need to write instead of type (think input boxes anywhere in Windows).
There's also this new thing called Pen Flicks which aims to make you more productive than ever before with your tablet PC. Pen Flicks are quick movements, or gestures, made with your stylus which when made in a particular direction correspond to a user configurable command or task.
I love the way you can completely customise each direction so that you can do pretty much anything you want with each pen flick. Check out the screencast to see how it works!
