Guided Help not shipping with RTM

But don't panic it'll be online instead!

The guided help feature that I've been shouting about recently is not going to ship with the final RTM code, rather it will be delivered online.  The reason behind this is to do with it's sensitivity to changes in the UI and to ensure that it works as well as possible it will be delivered online, where updating the help is much more straightforward.
