Free Vista Deployment Summit

The training maestros over QA-IQ are running a free Windows Vista Deployment Summit at Microsoft UK HQ on April 18th.  There is capacity for 120 people but, as always, the tickets are going very quickly. 

The summit will feature Jason and Keith from the Deployment Center of Excellence Team and a keynote from Gary Corcoran (Infrastructure Optimisation Lead for Microsoft UK's Enterprise and Partner Group).

Dave Britt (award winning trainer) will be talking about the following topics:

  • Today's deployment challenges and innovations in deployment
  • How to simplify deployment of Windows Vista using Business Desktop Deployment (BDD 2007)
  • The technical tools involved in creating a "Master" or "Gold" Vista build and the use of Light Touch and Zero Touch deployment technologies
  • The challenges around preparing a portfolio of applications for Migration to
  • Windows Vista and leveraging the migration activity to build a more dynamic application environment
  • Deploying Office 2007
