Daylight Saving Changes in the US & Canada

Just as an FYI, Microsoft are going to be rolling out updates for products that will update them to comply with the new daylight saving changes coming to the US and Canada in the near future. 

Anyone who works with US and Canadian businesses or partners should be aware of the changes and how they affect them.
