EduGeek 2012 Conference - Thursday June 7th 2012

Download Direct to Outlook - EduGeek Annual Conference 2012

EduGeek are hosting the annual conference again this year on Thursday June 7th 2012 in the beautiful environs of the University of Central Lancashire’s Westleigh Conference Centre.

The EduGeek Annual Conference is an event that I attend every year without fail, it is a great place for any IT Professional to meet up with existing friends and meet new professionals within the IT Industry primarily within the Education Sector.

EduGeek is in association with Smoothwall , who have kindly sponsored this years event, so I recommend you come along for a day of informed talks from companies specialising in education and other areas, socialising and meeting the site sponsors and being pampered by us and our event sponsor Smoothwall.

Confirmed speakers are:

  • Microsoft - Windows and Server 8
  • Frambozenbier - An introduction to the Raspberry Pi
  • Rick Byers - The EU Cookie Law
  • Adobe - Adobe CS6
  • NET-CTRL - High speed network backbone and best practice
  • SmoothWall - Current internet security issues
