Sugerencia para el siguiente mensaje de error de Retail con AX 2012 R3: The given value of type String from the data source cannot be converted to type datetime of the specified target column

Hola,

 

Si llegasen a ver el siguiente mensaje en el event viewer :

 

ApplySessionFileToClientDatabase encountered ProcessSourceRequestHeaderExceptionMicrosoft.Dynamics.Retail.StoreConnect.Request.SQLHandler.ProcessSourceRequestHeaderException: ProcessTargetRequestHeader failed due to an InvalidOperationException.
connectionString: Data Source=yyyyyy;Initial Catalog=zzzzzz;Integrated Security=True;Connect Timeout=60;Application Name="Commerce Data Exchange Async Client" ---> System.InvalidOperationException: The given value of type String from the data source cannot be converted to type datetime of the specified target column. ---> System.FormatException: Failed to convert parameter value from a String to a DateTime. ---> System.FormatException: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.at System.DateTime.Parse(String s, IFormatProvider provider)

 

Y esto le pasa cuando han ejecutado sus N-Jobs, les recomendamos que revisen su configuración de Force Locale (ver Pic.1)  ya que si está en un idioma diferente al formato de fecha que tiene su OS será casi un hecho de que no puedan insertar datos en la DB de su POS.

Prueben dejándolo en blank y vean sus resultados.
