    AO_CX:  Are you using Orcas Beta 2?  Did you uninstall any previous versions of Orcas first?

    http://silverlight.net/forums/t/3491.aspx told me the solution:There was a bug in the first Alpha Refresh. After I have installed the "new" Alpha Refresh everything works fine.
