Research meets Practice
I'm giving a feature presentation on Software Factories at the 2006 Australian Software Engineering Conference (ASWEC) 18-21 April Sydney Australia.
This conference aims to bring practitioners and researchers together in the one place, to discuss and exchange experiences and ideas on latest software engineering/development approaches/techniques/tools etc.
Even if you can't make it to the whole 3 day conference, you should check out the 1 day tutorial program - it's full of great speakers and on some very interesting topics - including Dr Jim Webber on architecting and developing Message-oriented web services, Martin Granell on building Connected Systems using SOA, and John Sullivan on Agile Methods!
Hope to see you at ASWEC!
