September ALM User Group – TFS 2010 Build and Windows Workflow

Just wanted to remind everyone, tomorrow 9/14 (Wednesday), we have an event in downtown Chicago.  We’ll be closing the registration for this event around noon time Today.  So if you do have the intention of coming tomorrow, please RSVP so we can get your list on the building security list.  You WILL NOT be allowed past security without being registered.  To RSVP, please visit https://chicagoalmug.org, and click on RSVP to Attend for tomorrow’s event.  If you miss the deadline, I may be able to manually add you up until 5pm today (email me at angelab@microsoft.com), Tuesday 9/13.  After that, no promises.

Keep in mind, even if you have questions or want to discuss ALM/TFS/Visual Studio related topics outside of WF and Build, there will be LOTS of smart people in the room who would be happy to talk about them.  I often show up as early as 5:30pm and can address MANY topics.

Tomorrow’s topic:

So building on the presentations we've had lately with Team Build, we'll dig into how WinWF and Team Build play together to enable us to automated the build process. We’ll discuss how to use Team Build to perform deployment in various scenarios.
