I am reaching out regarding the Microsoft 365 Developer Program. In the past, participants could create their own test tenant and receive 25 Microsoft 365 E5 licenses as part of the program. However, it seems that this option is no longer available, and I could not find any information explaining why it was discontinued.

Could you please clarify the reasons behind this change? Additionally, I would like to inquire about any alternatives that Microsoft might offer for individuals interested in testing and learning about Azure AD migration, tenant creation, and other related functionalities.

Are there any current options available for private individuals to set up tenants for testing purposes? Moreover, is there any plan to reinstate this benefit in the future?
