Billing of Key Vault HSM still goes on even after deletion

Question

Hello! I have a Foundershub subscription for Azure credits, and recently found our that Key vault (Standard B1 Instance) is very costly just for keeping EV Code signing certificate, so I decided to delete HSM from my Azure.

Didn't know that the deletion was soft, and it still takes lots of credit per hour. Then knew that need to purge delete the HSM group in order to stop billing. Did it 3 hours ago, then looked and Microsoft Azure sponsorships, but it didn't stop the billing for Key Vault - Standard B1 Instance.

Please help me with this problem, thank you!
