Exemplo 1: Migrar uma aplicação não suportada
O modelo seguinte é um modelo para as secções necessárias para migrar aplicações. O modelo não está funcional por si só, mas pode ser utilizado para escrever .xml ficheiro personalizado.

Exemplo 2: Migrar a pasta Os Meus Vídeos
O exemplo seguinte é um ficheiro de.xml personalizado com o nome CustomFile.xml
que migra a pasta Vídeos para todos os utilizadores, se a pasta existir no computador de origem.
Condição de exemplo: verifica se a pasta Vídeos existe no computador de origem:

Filtro de exemplo: filtra os atalhos na pasta Vídeos que não resolve no computador de destino:

Este filtro não tem efeito nos ficheiros que não são atalhos. Por exemplo, se existir um atalho na pasta Vídeos no computador de origem que aponte para , esse atalho

só será migrado seC:\Folder1
existir no computador de destino. No entanto, todos os outros ficheiros, como .mp3 ficheiros, migram sem qualquer filtragem.Padrão de exemplo: migra a pasta Vídeos para todos os utilizadores:
