Modelos sudoers para elevação na monitorização UNIX/Linux

A monitorização eficaz dos sistemas operativos UNIX ou Linux requer algumas permissões elevadas no sistema cliente para tarefas de monitorização e manutenção. Existem modelos de configuração sudoers incluídos neste artigo para operabilidade de linha de base.
Introdução
Para utilizar contas ativadas para sudo para monitorização com o Operations Manager, as configurações têm de ser implementadas para autorizar a elevação de Contas RunAs com sudo. Os requisitos gerais para as contas utilizadas pelo Operations Manager com elevação sudo são:
- As contas têm de ter RequireTTY desativado como um parâmetro predefinido.
- As contas têm de ser configuradas para elevar com NOPASSWD.
- As contas têm de ter a "palestra" que normalmente é apresentada ao iniciar sessão e ao elevar com sudo, desativada.
Os modelos fornecidos especificam os comandos que permitem que as Contas RunAs configuradas executem tarefas que requerem permissões elevadas, tais como:
- Instalar o agente
- Atualizar o agente
- Desinstalar o agente
- Monitorizar registos do sistema
- Reiniciar os serviços do agente
- Facilitar a criação de certificados de autenticação

Utilizar os modelos
Selecione o modelo adequado para o seu Sistema Operativo e substitua as contas de exemplo pelos nomes de utilizador da conta RunAs, inclua outras personalizações organizacionais, se necessário.
Em cada modelo existem duas contas definidas e mapeia para Contas RunAs padrão como:

Depois de atualizado com os nomes de utilizador corretos e quaisquer modificações adicionais, o modelo tem de ser adicionado à configuração de sudoers do sistema cliente. Normalmente, existem duas formas de adicionar configurações sudo, ao modificar diretamente o /etc/sudoers
ficheiro ou /etc/sudo.conf
(consoante o SO) ou ao adicionar um ficheiro /etc/sudoers.d
"drop in" em (ex. /etc/sudoers.d/scom

Outros comandos
Ao utilizar o método ExecuteShellScript para executar scripts elevados, adicione a seguinte linha o ficheiro sudoers para o utilizador:
scomuser ALL=(root) NOPASSWD: /etc/opt/microsoft/scx/conf/tmpdir/scx*
Esta linha é necessária, uma vez que o método ExecuteShellScript copia o conteúdo do script elevado para um ficheiro temporário com um nome de ficheiro gerado aleatoriamente e tmpdir
executa-o a partir daí.
Ao utilizar o método ExecuteShellCommand para executar comandos elevados, adicione algo assim no ficheiro sudoers:
/bin/sh
é a shell predefinida do utilizador que está a executar o comando e (neste exemplo)./usr/bin/vmstat -c
é o comando que pretende executar.
scomuser ALL=(root) NOPASSWD: /bin/sh -c /usr/bin/vmstat -c
Não deve haver citações à volta do comando, uma vez que apenas a shell as reconhece, o sudo não.
Resolução de problemas
Registo de erros do Sudo
Uma das melhores formas de resolver falhas de autenticação relacionadas com configurações de sudoers pode ser inspecionar o registo sudo no anfitrião do agente.
- Para sistemas operativos baseados em RedHat, a localização de registo predefinida é
/var/log/secure
. - Para sistemas operativos baseados no Debian, a localização de registo predefinida é
/var/log/auth.log
.
Verifique o /etc/sudoers
parâmetro do logfile
ficheiro para ver onde está a ser escrito o registo se estiver a utilizar um sistema operativo diferente ou uma localização de registo personalizada.
Pedidos de palavra-passe e tempos limite
Por predefinição, o sudo pede uma palavra-passe se um comando não estiver configurado para NOPASSWD
o utilizador, não existe nenhuma funcionalidade para introduzir automaticamente palavras-passe quando lhe for pedido e interrompe a monitorização. Para evitar problemas expandidos se NOPASSWD
não estiver configurado para um comando, a recomendação é configurar a seguinte opção em sudoers para a conta de utilizador:
Defaults:scomuser passwd_tries = 1, passwd_timeout = 1
Este exemplo define um tempo limite de pedido de palavra-passe de um minuto para o scomuser do utilizador, o que permite que o comando falhe rapidamente se existir um problema de configuração de sudo.
