Testa se um caractere é menor que outro.

Parâmetros

• _Ch1
  O primeiro de dois caracteres a ser testada para menor que.

• _Ch2
  O segundo de dois caracteres a ser testada para menor que.

Valor de retorno

true se o primeiro caractere for menor que o segundo caractere; se não false.
