To delete a domain

Open POP3 service.
In the console tree, click ComputerName, right-click the domain you want to delete, and then click Delete.
When the confirmation box appears, click Yes to delete the domain, all of the mailboxes stored in that domain, and all mail stored in that domain.
Caution
- Deleting a domain will delete all of the mailboxes in that domain, the corresponding mail store directories, and all e-mail stored in those directories.
Notes
To perform this procedure, you must be a member of the Administrators group on the local computer, or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority. If the computer is joined to a domain, members of the Domain Admins group might be able to perform this procedure. As a security best practice, consider using Run as to perform this procedure.
To open the POP3 service snap-in, click Start, click Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click POP3 Service.
You cannot delete a domain while a user in that domain is connected to the server running the POP3 service.
If you are using local Windows accounts or Active Directory integrated authentication, and you have created user accounts, the user accounts are not deleted when the corresponding mailboxes are deleted.
If you are using Active Directory integrated authentication, you must log on to the Active Directory domain, not the local computer, to perform this procedure.

Caution
