Locate the Microsoft Clearinghouse telephone number for your country or region

To locate the Microsoft Clearinghouse telephone number for your country or region

  • When the Terminal Server license server is running

  • When the Terminal Server license server is not running

When the Terminal Server license server is running

  1. Open Terminal Server Licensing.

  2. In the details pane, right-click the Terminal Server license server, and then click Properties.

  3. On the Installation Method tab, in the Installation Method list, click Telephone.

  4. In Select Country or Region, click your country or region, and then click OK.

  5. In the details pane, right-click the license server, click Install Licenses, and then click Next.

  6. Note the phone number that is displayed, and then click Cancel.

  7. To change the server installation method from Telephone to another value, in the details pane, right-click the license server, click Properties, change the installation method as needed on the Installation Method tab, and then click OK.

When the Terminal Server license server is not running

  1. Open Terminal Server Licensing.

  2. In the details pane, right-click the Terminal Server license server, and then click Activate Server to start the Terminal Server License Server Activation Wizard.

  3. On the Welcome page, click Next.

  4. On the Connection Method page, in Activation method, click Telephone, and then click Next.

  5. On the Country or Region page, click your country or region, and then click Next.
