Specify licensing mode during Setup
Applies To: Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows Server 2003 with SP1, Windows Server 2003 with SP2
To specify licensing mode during Setup
During Setup, in the Licensing Modes dialog box, select your client licensing mode:
Per Server
Per Device or Per User
Continue with Setup.

- If you are unsure which mode to use, select Per Server, because you can change once from Per Server to Per Device or Per User at no cost. For more information about licensing modes, see Related Topics.
