Sending Messages in Transaction Examples

Messages can be sent using the following types of transactions

  • Microsoft® Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MS DTC) external transaction

  • COM+ (MTS in MSMQ 1.0) transactions

  • Message Queuing internal transactions

  • Single-message transactions
