TaskLoggingHelper.MarkAsInactive Method
Notifies this TaskLoggingHelper that it is no longer needed.

Remarks
This method is thread safe, however, you must call both InitializeLifetimeService and MarkAsInactive, in that order, or you must call neither method, and you must call neither method than once.
