FractionDigits Property
For Numeric data types, FractionDigits specifies the number of digits to the right of the decimal point.

Return Value
Numeric data type. FractionDigits specifies the number of digits to the right of the decimal point. If none exists or if FractionDigits is not applicable, the value of FractionDigits is -1.
