ServerCookie

ServerCookie is an opaque value, in Configuration Manager, that should be set to the value returned from the previous RequestAssignments call. The server's ReplyAssignments message will contain a ServerCookie element containing the value to use. For the first RequestAssignments call, this element can be omitted or left empty. The server uses the cookie to return only the policy assignments that have changed or have been added since the last time the client requested its assignments.
