ServiceState Enumeration

The ServiceState enumeration contains values that are used to specify the status of the SQL Server service.

Members

Member name Description
ContinuePending The SQL Server service is waiting to continue.
Paused The SQL Server service is paused.
PausePending The SQL Server service is waiting to pause.
Running The SQL Server service is running.
StartPending The SQL Server service is waiting to start.
Stopped The SQL Server service is stopped.
StopPending The SQL Server service is waiting to stop.
Unknown The status of the SQL Server service is unknown.

Remarks

The ServiceState enumerated class is served by the ServiceState property.

This namespace, class, or member is supported only in version 2.0 of the Microsoft .NET Framework.
