ServerPermissionSet.AlterAnyEndpoint Property
Gets or sets the Boolean property value that specifies whether to include the ALTER ANY ENDPOINT (ALHE) permission in the permission set. This permission lets the grantee create, alter, or drop any endpoint on the instance of SQL Server.

Property Value
A Boolean value that specifies whether to include the ALTER ANY ENDPOINT (ALHE) permission in the permission set. If True, the permission is included in the permission set. If False (default), the permission is excluded from the permission set.
