Property Value
A string value that represents the edition of the instance of SQL Server.
Remarks
The Edition property is a string value that specifies the edition of the instance of SQL Server, such as Enterprise or Professional. The edition determines the licensing and the components of the product.
This namespace, class, or member is supported only in version 2.0 of the Microsoft .NET Framework.
