DatabaseOptions.CloseCursorsOnCommitEnabled Property

Gets or sets a Boolean property value that specifies whether the CURSOR_CLOSE_ON_COMMIT database option is active or not.

Property Value

A Boolean value that specifies whether the CURSOR_CLOSE_ON_COMMIT database option is active or not. If True, the cursor is closed when a transaction commits. If False (default), the cursor is not closed when a transaction commits.

Remarks

This property specifies whether a cursor is closed when a transaction commits.

This option can also be changed using the Transact-SQL ALTER DATABASE statement.

This namespace, class, or member is supported only in version 2.0 of the Microsoft .NET Framework.
