Initializes a new instance of the Distributor class with an Application and a name.

Parameters
- application
The Application for the distributor. This parameter sets the Parent property.
name
The String of up to 256 characters that specifies the name of the distributor.You cannot change the name. If you need to rename a distributor, you must remove the distributor and then define and add a distributor that has the new name.
Remarks
Each distributor is for a specific Application. The logical name of the distributor is used only to refer to the chronicle for administration and troubleshooting.
