How to: Delete a Cube Perspective
You can delete perspectives of a cube by using the Perspectives tab in Cube Designer, which you can access from Business Intelligence Development Studio.
To delete a cube perspective
In Business Intelligence Development Studio, open the project that contains the cube for which you want to delete a perspective.
In Solution Explorer, expand the Cubes folder, and then double-click the cube to open Cube Designer.
In Cube Designer, click the Perspectives tab.
Click the perspective that you want to delete in the first row of the Perspective Name column for that perspective.
On the toolbar of the Perspectives tab, click the Delete Perspective icon to delete the perspective, or right-click in the Perspective Name column and select Delete Perspective.
In the Delete Objects dialog box that appears, review the object to be deleted, and then click OK.
Redeploy and process the host cube to reflect the change on the server by clicking the Process toolbar icon and following the prompts.
To verify that the perspective was removed, click the Browser tab and then select the Perspective list. The list should not include the deleted perspective.
