HResults.DTS_E_FILEOPENERR_FORWRITE_FILEEXISTS Field

Opening the file "%1!s!" for writing failed. The file exists and cannot be overwritten. If the AllowAppend property is FALSE and the ForceTruncate property is set to FALSE, the existance of the file will cause this failure.
