Indicates the number of bytes from the beginning of a buffer row to the beginning of the column data.

Remarks

The data of a column is stored lOffset bytes from the beginning of the row in a buffer's memory area. The lOffset value is zero if the data is stored at the beginning of the row, and cannot be negative.
