Property Value

A Boolean that indicates whether the parameter can have a blank value. A value of true indicates a blank value is acceptable. A value of false indicates that it cannot have a blank value.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
