RetryDelay Element (ADF)
Specifies an interval for the distributor to wait before attempting to deliver failed notifications.

Remarks
Each RetryDelay value is the delay after the previous delivery attempt, not since the original delivery attempt.
The format of the XML duration data type is PnYnMnDTnHnMnS. For more information about XML data types, see Primitive XML Data Types in the Microsoft MSDN® Library.
Example
The following example shows a RetryDelay element that sets a retry attempt to 5 minutes after the previous attempt.
