Creates and inserts a Perspective, with the specified name and identifier, into the collection at the specified index.

Parameters

index
The zero-based index at which to insert the new Perspective.

name
The name of the Perspective to insert.

id
The identifier of the Perspective to insert.

A new, empty Perspective.
