Creates and inserts a Dimension, with the specified name and identifier, into the collection at the specified index.

Parameters

index
The zero-based index at which the new Dimension will be inserted.

name
The name of the Dimension to be inserted.

id
The identifier of the Dimension to be inserted.

Return Value

A new, empty Dimension.
