Verifies that the specified name is a valid name for an AttributeRelationship and returns the error message if it the name is not valid.

Parameters
- name
Specifies the name to be validated.
- error
A System.String that holds the error message in case name is invalid.
Return Value
Returns true if name is valid; otherwise, false.
