How to: View a Clickthrough Report (Report Builder)

A clickthrough report is a report that displays related data and is automatically generated when the report is run. The data source dictates what related data is displayed when a clickthrough report is viewed.

To determine if a clickthrough report link is available for report data, move the pointer around the report and hover over the report data until the pointer changes shape. If the pointer changes shape, click the report data to display the related data.

To view a clickthrough report

  1. In Report Builder run mode, position the pointer over the report data about which you want to see additional data.

  2. When the cursor changes to a Web pointer, click the report data.
