SqlCeParameter Constructor Supported only by the .NET Compact Framework.

Overloaded. Initializes a new instance of the SqlCeParameter class.

DbType Supported only by the .NET Compact Framework.	Gets or sets the DbType of the parameter.
Direction Supported only by the .NET Compact Framework.	This property always returns ParameterDirection.Input for SQL Server CE Data Provider. Setting this property to a different value causes an InvalidOperationException to be thrown.
IsNullable Supported only by the .NET Compact Framework.	Gets or sets a value indicating whether or not the parameter accepts null values.
ParameterName Supported only by the .NET Compact Framework.	Gets or sets the name of the SqlCeParameter.
Precision Supported only by the .NET Compact Framework.	Gets or sets the maximum number of digits used to represent the Value property.
Scale Supported only by the .NET Compact Framework.	Gets or sets the number of decimal places to which Value is resolved.

SqlDbType Supported only by the .NET Compact Framework.	Gets or sets the SqlDbType of the parameter.
Value Supported only by the .NET Compact Framework.	Gets or sets the value of the parameter.

GetHashCode (inherited from Object) Supported only by the .NET Compact Framework.	Serves as a hash function for a particular type, suitable for use in hashing algorithms and data structures like a hash table.
GetLifetimeService (inherited from MarshalByRefObject)	Retrieves the current lifetime service object that controls the lifetime policy for this instance.
GetType (inherited from Object) Supported only by the .NET Compact Framework.	Gets the Type of the current instance.
InitializeLifetimeService (inherited from MarshalByRefObject)	Obtains a lifetime service object to control the lifetime policy for this instance.
ToString Supported only by the .NET Compact Framework.	Overridden. Gets a string containing the ParameterName.

Protected Methods

Finalize (inherited from Object) Supported only by the .NET Compact Framework.	Overridden. Allows an Object to attempt to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before the Object is reclaimed by garbage collection. In C# and C++, finalizers are expressed using destructor syntax.
MemberwiseClone (inherited from Object) Supported only by the .NET Compact Framework.	Creates a shallow copy of the current Object.
