When the computer running Serviço Web do Planning fails, you can quickly prepare a new computer that has a new name.

Recover a Planning Web Service

  1. Run the Planning Server Setup.msi.

  2. Run Gerenciador de Configuração do Planning Server to set up a new Serviço Web do Planning server.

  3. Replace the failed one with the new one.

  4. Stop Serviço Web do Planning on the failed server. Inform all users who connect to the Serviço Web do Planning server about the new name so they can connect to the new server.
