ValidationEvent Property for French (Canada)
Gets or sets whether the control validates the number on entry or on confirmation. Read/write.

Remarks
The ValidationEvent property must be one of two values:
- SemanticEvent.onchanged
The control validates the value of the number upon detection of the onchanged event that occurs when the user initially speaks or changes the number. - SemanticEvent.onconfirmed
The control validates the value of the number upon detection of the onconfirmed event that occurs when the number is confirmed.
