UpperBound Property for French (Canada)
Gets or sets the upper boundary of acceptable numbers. Read/write.
Usage

Remarks
Numbers that are greater than the UpperBound property are rejected.
The control throws an ArgumentOutOfRangeException if UpperBound is greater than 999,999, or if UpperBound is less than or equal to the value of LowerBound.
