Anything Else QA Inputs and Responses

  Microsoft Speech Technologies Homepage

The following table lists all possible user inputs and Contacts application responses for this Speech Control.

In this table, contact name represents the name of a contact.

User Input to Anything Else QA Application Response
Help "Please select postal address, e-mail, office number, or phone."
Repeat If the user requested an office number or postal address, then the application repeats the office number or postal address and follows with the prompt "Can I help you with anything else?"

If the user requested e-mail, the application responds, "E-mail sent to contact name. Can I help you with anything else?"

The Anything Else QA is also initiated if the user requests phone service for a contact, but the application finds no phone data for the contact. In this case, the user request to "repeat" causes the application to respond, "I'm sorry, but I have no phone numbers for contact name. Can I help you with anything else?"
1st Silence "I'm sorry, I didn't hear you. Please select postal address, e-mail, office number, or phone."
1st Mumble "I'm sorry, I didn't understand that. Please select postal address, e-mail, office number, or phone."
2nd Silence or Mumble "I'm sorry, my fault again. Please select postal address, e-mail, office number, or phone."
3rd Silence or Mumble "I'm sorry I'm having so much trouble. Transferring you to an operator." This prompt ends the demonstration, and the application stops running.
