SelectAccountListSelector Control Inputs and Responses

  Microsoft Speech Technologies Homepage

The first time that the application calls this control, the control plays one of the following initial prompts, depending on how many accounts contain sufficient funds. If two accounts contain sufficient funds, the initial prompt is:

"Do you want to transfer funds from your account_type or your account_type account?"

If more than two accounts have sufficient funds, the initial prompt is:

"Do you want to transfer funds from your account_type, or account_type, or account_type account?"

The following table lists all possible user inputs that can follow the initial prompt, and Banking Alerts application responses.

User Input to SelectAccountListSelector (Initial Question Prompt) Application Response
Help "Please indicate which account to use by saying account_type or account_type (or account_type); for example, use my checking account please. Or to abandon the transfer, say cancel."
Repeat The last prompt is repeated. If the last prompt was a response to silence or mumble, the application does not repeat the first sentence of the silence or mumble prompt.
1st Silence "I'm sorry, I didn't hear you." + Initial prompt.
2nd Silence "I'm sorry, my fault again." + Help prompt.
1st Mumble "I'm sorry, I didn't understand that." + Initial prompt.
2nd Mumble "I'm sorry, my fault again." + Help prompt.

After the application recognizes user input for the account_type, the application plays the following confirmational prompt:

"Am I right with account_type?"

The following table lists all possible user inputs that can follow the confirmational prompt, and Banking Alerts application responses.
