AskWhichInfoIsWrongQA Control Inputs and Responses

The first time that the application calls this control, the control plays the following initial prompt:

"Excuse me. That was my mistake. To help me correct this, please tell me which information is wrong by saying the bills, or, the account. If both are wrong, say both."

The following table lists all possible user inputs and Banking Alerts application responses for this Speech Control.

User Input to AskWhichInfoIsWrongQA Application Response
Help "If I have the bills wrong, say, the bills. If I have the account wrong, say, the account. If I have both pieces of information wrong, please say both."
Repeat The last prompt is repeated. If the last prompt was a response to silence or mumble, the application does not repeat the first sentence of the silence or mumble prompt.
1st Silence "I'm sorry, I didn't hear you." + Help prompt.
2nd Silence "I'm sorry, my fault again." + Help prompt.
1st Mumble "I'm sorry, I didn't understand that." + Help prompt.
2nd Mumble "I'm sorry, my fault again." + Help prompt.
