The first time that the application calls this control, the control plays the following initial prompt:

"Hello username. This is the Alerts Banking service calling. To proceed with this call, please speak your six-digit PIN, or, enter your six-digit PIN using your keypad."

The following table lists all possible user inputs and Banking Alerts application responses for this Speech Control.

User Input to AskPINAlphaDigit Application Response
Help "Please enter your six-digit PIN."
Repeat The last prompt is repeated. If the last prompt was a response to silence or mumble, the application does not repeat the first sentence of the silence or mumble prompt.
1st Invalid Input "I'm sorry, the PIN you have entered does not match our records. Please try again."
2nd Invalid Input "That was still not the correct PIN. Please try again."
1st Silence "I didn't hear you." + Help prompt.
2nd Silence "Sorry, but I didn't hear you." + Help prompt.
1st Mumble "I didn't understand you." + Help prompt.
2nd Mumble "Sorry, but I'm still having trouble understanding you." + Help prompt.

Remarks

In the initial prompt and table, username represents the name of the Banking Alerts service customer.
