A String that contains the custom data.
Remarks
If the SPWebTemplate represents a site definition configuration, this property is the value of the ProvisionData attribute of a Configuration element in a WebTemp*.xml. (See Understanding WebTemp*.xml Files for more information.)
The data returned by this property is used by the Provision() method of the class identified in ProvisionClass.
This property can be used to hold a path to a file with structured data.
